In 2017, I published my research on Pastoral Ministry, which has application across the Leadership spectrum, in the Springer Journal of Pastoral Psychology. Below you will find links to this study and to the fuller study that preceded it. Then, in 2025, I had the privilege of co-authoring a study that explored these dynamics, explicitly focused on Women in Ministry. Additionally, several other studies have developed similar themes related to my original research, which I have also shared below. I look forward to sharing more of the research that I have been working on soon.
